Aro Com Update

this dam com is costing me a lot of cash

the aros were fighting real bad and i was told its because they have to much space so i had to put a divider in and make the tank smaller buy craming them all into a 36inch x 32inch tank nah diveders are not for me

the other option was buy more aros and thin them out as they grow

so i took canes grade 2 red and 2 more xbacks

then today i got 2 x Red tail golds

giveing me a total of 11 x 12inch asian aros

still fighting

im just going to let them fight it out now let the best aro win

this aro com thing is harder than i thought

Ooosh, sounds expensive. I don't understand why cramming them in would stop them fighting? I would have thought it would make them fight more.

even your red is giveing it some now

if their was a clear leader then i dont think their would be any problems they all want to be boss that the trouble

cane sold the RED it wasnt realy mixing well in the com as all the rest were gold aros

anyway this com is still at war

its strange when you just have the blue light on with no other tank lights its carm and they all shoal around happy as larry

so it looks like it will just be the blue light for a few months

at the moment 2 aros are getting beat to the ground and if they come of the tank base they get chased all over the tank

i put the rtg in the big tank yesterday and its settled straight in
no more skulking and sitting on the bottom its actually swimming
i think it was the human traffic and maybe the tank was too small

yeh to many people you chould see were the tank was

the problem i have is their are 3 aros kicking crap out of all the others

i have 2 xbacks now that are being pushed to the ground and if they come back to the water surface they get beat up and chased buy 3 xbacks

like i said with the blue moon on their is hadly any aggression all moving about happy with a little chase now and then

im just going to just use the blue light for a few weeks

if i had paid normal money for the aros i would be crapping myself now 1 hasnt eatern for a week

This is really strange. It should all be going ok, 11 Aros in that tank should lead to harmony. I dont suppose your going to remove the weaker members then?
I dont suppose one colour type is more agressive than another is it?
