Are reef-safe sunscreen safe for tank cleaning?

Why ???are your fish getting sunburned?
Just use water. For cleaning outside of glass one can use white distilled vinegar.
For cleaning lime and hard deposits off areas one can use lemon juice not with water in tank.

Do you mean if you have it on your skin and you clean the tank?
