Are My Plants Dying? Why? (With Pics)

Ive noticed my plants have been going yellow in a lot of places and also 2 plants leaves are going fully transparent. The leaves of most planst look dead and shrived but are still green. Are they dying? I heaven't added any chemicals to the aquarium yet.

How long has it been since you put them in your tank? Alot of plants often go through a period of 'melting' shortly after they're added to a new tank.

Um its been about 2 and a half weeks.

They will melt and stuff at first until they get used to your water. Mine melted and went brown and stuff but the new leaves come through lush and green.
