Aquacare + Dosing Calculator

How do I go about figuring Aquacare Tropica +. It says on the packet to use 5ml per 50l per week. I have asked this before & was told it is more like 10+ml per DAY.

How do I calculate the dose?

Tank 180 litres
Fluval 205 filter with spraybar
Circulation Pump 900 l/h
Pressurised CO2 running at yellow on the drop checker (I keep a very close eye on my fish)
Sand Substrate
Massive Bogwood
Lighting 2xT8 with reflectors

Plants

A big Jungle of Vallis
A few stem plants

We would normally start on 1ml per 20 ltrs a day. So, you'd be looking at 9mls a day. There are a few people of late using a smaller amounts and having good results. The 1ml per 20 ltrs was initiated quite some time back. The thing being that it's better having more n and p than not enough. So, you could start with 9mls and work it, maybe dropping the dose a little and watching out for deficiencies.
