reckon you could get a Jewel tank which are great tanks, they include heater and filter in all tanks prob bit cheaper too depending where you go

I'd agree that the Juwels are better tanks, or Ferplast Caymans if you have a stockist near you.

The Good points about the 620 are..

- Filteration in the hood is easy to maintain and access
- Filter media capacity is pretty large and could be changed to suit tastes.
- Compact T5 lighting is good for plants
- Curved glass front is aesthetically pleasing
- Silver one looks good on a beech stand.

The Bad points about the 620 are...

- There are some odd compartments and holes in the hood next to the return from the filter which seem to have no real use.
- The tank doesnt come with a heater.
- The hood is split into 2 parts, lighting / filteration, and removing either of them independently is quite difficult.
- The curved corners are not easy to clean with a conventional magnet or bladed glass scraper.

Just a suggestion, have you thought of second-hand tanks? I was able to get a 90 gal for the price of a new 55, plus it came with some extras-including fish, which i traded in for store credit. I found it to be more economical by far.

i own the 620 an the bigger 850 the tanks are great i have no real probs with them maybe the filters are not the best i added an extra fluval 2 in to my tanks ,if u can afford the 850 nxt size up id go for that as its not much bigger an for the price its great

ps the instructions are about as gd as a chocolate tea pot!!

ive got a small aqua one tank & i think its great! good quality.
But as fish boy said second hand tanks off ebay can be a good buy!! ive bought two off there and was made up with the both of them, jewel rekord 96 with all the equipment £80 and a 80gallon for £100!! Bargains!!

P.S allan you avaitar is hilarious!! like it..
