Just wondering, I've seen that some people have tanks with apple snails, what kind of snails are those, what kind of care do they need, and what kind of tank?
Again, I was just wondering.

Apple snails truely are one of the most fantastic pets I have ever owned!! I bought some to live with my goldfish and I was so fascinated that I did a little research on them. I have since set up an aquarium solely devoted to apple snails and I can honestly say that they are fantastic. They can live in temperatures between 18-28 degrees celcius and mine are fed on cucumber, blanched brocolli and dry pellets (algae and bloodwarm). They come in a variety of colours, I have purple, blue, red striped, caramel, jade and ivory. they lay eggs above the waterline and there needs to be a male and female present to reproduce. I hope this is of use to you, if you want anymore info look at www.applesnail.net. :D
