The pair i have now are showing quite often, with the female doing that vibrating movement as the male is head on looking at her, not sure if thats breeding behaviour or not?
They are very much sticking to their broken plantpot hide right now, but they've done this since day one.

Anyone know if this is breeding behaviour or just them being silly?

hi, i've not bred Apistogramma before, but i breed kribs, and when the female is ready to breed she curls her body into a crescent shape and vibrates. so i'm guessing that Apistogramma show similar behaviour.

cheers :good:

Yeah i bred kribs a few years back and this is sort of similair just without bending her body,
Baby Apisto's for me soon? :hyper: :hyper:
