Apisto Id?

My somebody from my local aquarium society brought in an apisto to the monthly auction and I got a bit too excited. Couldn't resist and I ended up bringing home Richard. I drip acclimated him and put him in my main tank. That was when I realized I had a problem... I didn't know what he was! Can anyone help? I know he's an apisto, but which species?

Looks like Apistogramma cacatuoides to me.

I dont think its a cac, no tail markings. Possibly A. Bitaeniata sp. there is where I get stuck lol, a side on pic may help
