How do i add it? do i just measure required amount out and add it to tank? is it ok for fish, meaning it wont harm them?

It wont harm fish, API wouldn't make it if it did, have you already bought it? If not I advise that you buy a different fert as this one contains no N or P.

Just dose as required and it'll be fine

yes ive already bought it.

Just dose as stated and all will be fine, but when it runs out get yourself an all in one fert such as TPN+ which contains nitrate and phosphate as well as potassium and traces.
