Anyone Watchin X Factor?

Usually I don't watch this kind of stuff but my girlfriend is kinda moved in and watches it so I'm forced to, thats my excuse xD. Anyways to my suprise its been ok to watch. The american xfactor was on the other day and one guy on it was quality. Sang his own musical creation unlike all the other hopefuls. Heres a youtube linky to it, have a quick listen.

I think I watched the first one, years ago, it was one of those shows anyway that wants a superstar singer to come from it. Its a load of rubbish, I wouldn't ever watch it or anything else like those shows.

There has been some amazing people on Britains Xfactor, Jade Richards, Janet Devlin, John Adams (though only liked his first audition) and The Keys (again...downhill after first audition) to name a few...

To be fair, i usually only water the auditions to watch people making a prat of themselves and to watch and wonder how people can be so heartless to let and even encourage people to audition when they cant sing... its so mean!
