All dwarf cichlids have mouths big enough to eat cherry shrimp. It's just a bad idea :/ Fully Amano shrimp might work, but it's still risky.

My dad had Apisto Pebas with a cherry shrimp population. His tank is really heavily planted and has a ridiculous amount of hiding spaces, so his population wasn't affected too badly by the apistos. Never saw any go for the adults, but I'd imagine they'd have a go at any shrimplets they could find.

So it depends if you have enough hiding places?

I have amano shrimp in with my apiso's and they don't bother them at all.
The tank is well planted so the shrimp can hide if threatened but they seem to hang out in the stargrass with my female agassizi :/
I personally wouldn't risk cherries tho

Agassizi will indeed attack fully grown amano's. Never kept them with cherries, but I can't imagine the result being pretty if you're the cherry shrimp. Agreed though, you may get away with them with lots of hiding places, but I suspect that the adults are left alone as the shrimplets are easier targets.
