my lights flickerd and then went off last nite,any way ,i changed the bulb,and its the same,it just flickers dimly, now i opened up the hood,there is no starter,just acircuit board, i need anew hood ,any 1 got an tetra aqua art 60l hood foor sale ,or any ideas how cud be fixed, any 1 know how much hoods are for my tank
