Hi. This morning I was feeding my fishes after I fed them I was watching them for a while is that one of the Honey Gouramis in my tank was chasing the other one when he go near him. Do you think they could be doing this just to play around or could it be something I should know about?

mine have done it from the moment ive had them, personally it's just playing for mine.
they also touch eachother with their whisker things

It depends on how much he is chasing him I guess. I don't really keep gouramis so I'm not 100% sure on whether it is dominance. If there are places for them to hide and he is not being too bad and the other fish seems ok it could be alright.

I notice it alot when the one is eating food and the other goes near him Ill check again to see if hes still chasing him

he still is chasing him but one thing I noticed is I saw him as fishy55599 said "touch him with the little whisker things they have. kinda brightens my day :D

I love how Gouramis do that. Best thing about them!

My male suddenly turned on my female and started chasing her all the time. I didn't worry till she looked sickly and he started trying to nip her too. She then died but I don't know if that was something unrelated. Then I got another female and he did the same to her so I moved him and the next morning HE'D died (stress I presume). All in all not a good story really. The second female is still alive but quite sick :( . Dunno if it's to do with bullying or a bacterial infection or what. Tried treating he and she looks a better colour but she still behaves "sick".

I did in between all this happening get 2 other females who are lovely though! :)

From experience they can be quite territorial especially in a smaller tank where they can't establish a reasonable area as their own. As another poster has said, 2 females are your best bet.
