Have recently added 3 x anubius plants to my 240 Roma tank. They are now the only plants in the tank. I have a Fluval aqualife and plAnt full spectrum led light strip. will this be too Much light ? Will I need any ferts?

If you have very soft water you might.  if you have just soft or hard water you might not.  If you decide to use a fertilizer I would go with Seachem Fluorish Comprehensive which has all the elements a plant needs.  other fertilizers may not have all of the needed nutrients and that might cause issues.

As to your light how bright is it.  is there a lumen, lux or par rating.  These light brightness numbers can be used to calculate how much light you have per square inch of your substrate.  http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/10-lighting/300490-how-calculate-your-tank-lighting-lsi.html.  Once you have that number you will know if you have enough light.  The plant you have typically does best in low or medium light.

Generally too much light is only a problem if your plants grow too fast and deplete the water of most of its nutrients.  If that happens the plants may die.  Too much light can however can casue a unsightly algae bloom
