Amazon Sword Plant?

Just a little cautious of these live plants. I want to get an Amazon Sword , but am terrified parasites may be on them. How do I clean it off just to be safe?

The questions about your honey gourami posts is easy. You posted them both in the species index which is intended to be a reference section. New posts there are only visible to MODs until one of us can approve them as a worthwhile reference. Since your post is not a reference topic, it needs to be moved out. I will move the more complete one to the anabantid section and make it visible to all, the other copy will go on the junk pile.

What have you heard to make you paranoid about parasites on plants?
The worst thing people get from plants is snails to be honest.
Simply wash them under the tap. Some opt for a "Potassium Permanganate Dip".
