Am I Overstocking?

i have a 125 litre tank wich is nearly ready for fish.
here are my plans for my fish


6zebra danio
2 siamese algeu eater
10 neons
4 guppys
1betta
2 pearl gourami
6 chain loach
would this over stock my tank

I'd be careful mixing Gourami's and Guppies (especially Guppies) with a Betta.

The Betta will destroy the Guppies, and may try and take some lumps out of the Gourami's.

Dont stock the betta, it will attack the guppys & gouramis
