All the time spent training my dog in searching and this is how she uses the knowledge... Disappointed 🤦🤣

So Luna saw a lizard... And she REALLY wanted that lizard... She decided to REALLY put her nose in it 😂

Brilliant tracking dog. Can I borrow her? Some dandy shot a dear in the leg and it's been wandering around our property. I have spent hours tracking to no prevail besides some blood and dear beds. I think Luna is the dog for the job.

Yah I didnt really train her for tracking lol. She is more being trained for K-9 unit stuff...
But hey! If I'm ever out your way and I happen to have Luna, I'd be glad to go on a small hunting trip! 😅

Luna looks like a good dog. Lizard chasing is just a technicality.

This morning, my very elderly retriever, Rosie, sat and watched a beautiful buck with really nice antlers walk by about 50 feet away. She looked interested, but then she yawned and looked over at the birds. Who wants to chase a deer who can walk right by a window to my fishroom and not look in?

The untrained buck, meanwhile, suddenly saw me and almost had a heart attack.
