What about water values? (pH, NO3-, temperature, etc..) How often do you change water? Do you use any fertilizers? Do you add CO2? What about your lamps - what kind of tubes/bulbs they are?

water temp 26c
NO3 00
PH 7.4
Light 40W aqua glow tube
30gal tank

the tank bin running for 3 weeks and fishes have bin in there for 1 week

Algae is a problem, especially in new tanks. The is so much nutrients in the water. Plants can't absorb the vast amount of nutrients and if the plants are new also, they are even less efficient. The only way to rid the algae is to make their living conditions undesireable. First remove the excess algae from the cambomba. This may mean discarding some that are badly infested. Then you will need to cut down on lighting, cut down on the amount of food you feed your fish and check the water for phosphate.

You can also put lights off for couple hours every day, algaes don't like it:

9-11 -> lights on
11-14 -> lights off
14-21 -> lights on
