Algae?

My new 2ft tank has just finished cycling i have a nice bit of tubing in my tank for the fish to hide in a but the only problem is this white stuff keep growing it its not to much of a problem but i just want to know what is might be.

Lol it's mystery algae... Everybody gets it though nobody quite knows what it is. It seems to build up on anything rubbery/latex-y/plasticky when the equipment is new. Just clean it off whenever it builds up and it should go away in a while.

Not algae, it's either a bacterial film or fungus.

Regardless, as advised, it's common and no a problem .
