looks like hair algae and/ or staghorn, but we need a definate ID from the above site.

Also some more details such as
Tank size
lighting (wattage, diameter - T5/ T8 etc, and light duration)
fertilisers? which one and how often
CO2? What method of injection
Filtration and/ or powerheads.
Water change, how much and when

tank size: 35 gallons
lighting: natural lighting, the tank is in my balcony
fertilisers: none
co2: none
filtration: 1 hangin filter, 1 side filter
water change: roughly 10-15% every week

hey guys..what to u think of this idea??? maybe the algae in my ank was caused by my japanese moss balls. those balls are actually algaes and they might have caused the huge algae bloom in my tank..

the natural lighting is most likely your problem.
moss balls are cladophora algae, and i dont think that is what you have in your tank. Can you ID it from the link mdwheeler gave please.

Yep, natural light without supplying the plants with the needed CO2 and nutrients. Natural sunlight is harder to control.

### it..what do u suggest i do??? i can't bring it indoors, parents wont allow it

find a way of blacking the tank out or limiting the light. 6hrs per day is enough. Even putting a blanket over it and removing it will help.
