Air Pump?

Just starting a tropical community tank (purchased and filled yesterday) and have just been reading numerous articles on fishless cycling with interest. I read in one that I should try to get an air pump installed during this process as the water can de-oxygenate quickly if temp is increased to aid the cycling process. This got me to wondering whether I would need some kind of air pump setup anyway to oxygenate the water? I have a 190 litre tank with an internal filter and I am yet to decide on precisely which species I will be stocking the tank with.

So, should I buy one? And which one should I buy?

Thanks all :)

An easier and quieter way to oxygenate the water is to point the outlet pipe if your filter toward the water surface slightly to create a rippled effect on the water surface, depending on what type of filter it is it might have come with an attachment for this very purpose.
This is enough to add enough oxygen to the water by increasing the surface area. Air pumps do the same thing basically as the stream of bubble create a ripple but the buzzing noise can be annoying depending where your tank is.

I use a AirMaster from Marineland. I have about 15 airpumps running around but this is the only one I will plug in. You can not hear it.

I used one to transport a fish, never knew I needed it to use regularly. It's so loud.
