So I bought my little guys some shrimp pellets to eat. There's five gouramis, most mid-sized and one fully grown.

Anywho, it's never been this bad a problem, but the big guy is really getting super aggressive. He nips at all the other fish and won't let them eat ANYTHING. what should I do?

have you tried feeding at several places of the tank at once, draw the one fish down to one end where there's food then put some quickly at the other end and in the middle etc.

try a couple of different types of food too, something that sinks a bit maybe then hopefully he'll get the stuff on top and the others can wait underneath n get what he doesn't :)

I think I'm gonna try the floating bloodworms as well as shrimp. Hopefully that helps change things! As for the sprinkling across the top, my tank is a weird custom model with a hole in the back to drop food through.... so it's a pain to lift the top off.... I hate my tank :p

And while we're on the subject of food, my guys like this shrimp stuff and bloodworms. What else should I toss in their diet? I usually alternate with flakes as well.

i try n put in some live food once a week or so, daphnia, brine shrimp that sort of thing.

try frozen food too, get all sorts of things frozen into little ice cubes to put in the tank, they love that :D
