African dwarf frogs

Do African dwarf frogs like cold meat? like left over chicken? Or is it best just to stick to blood worms and such alike? Any other foods I can give them when I get them to vary there diet?

Also before I have to go, what kind of food do betta like? Do they feed on flake foods? I use flake / blood worms / sea monkeys in my mane tank and occasionally a pea dropped in now and again the guppies seem to like them!

Any other food ideas to give my aquatic friends a change in there diet???

I usually stick to bloodworms or tubiflex worms (live) for the dwarf frogs. There is also a special food for them. It's made by HBH and called Frog and Tadpole Bites. It is very small round pellets that look like poppy seeds.

I think they might like brine shrimp, but I never seem to get them. If you try it, please let me know if they like them.
