just a quick question regarding whether this anemone could hurt my Perc' Clowns?

The two together should be fine.. but I think these anemones are coldwater (or at least coolwater) so you definitely need to watch for that.

mine grabbed my finger whilst feeding, it left a strange feeling that wasn't painful, just wierd, is this normal?

Actinia Equina is a beadlet anemone and found in cool waters around the UK - if you want to keep the Nem then set up a cool water tank and keep it in there, but if you really want to be kind, replace it to it's natural habitat as it wont survive long in a tropical marine tank

The sensation you felt was the anemone stinging you, some people are allergic to this so watch out for any signs of swelling.
