Acoustic Bass Guitar

hey musicians!

i've been after an acoustic bass for long long time

ive heard the difficult part is finding one that manages to be loud enough. i currently play a musicman sub sterling

Although my first thought would be a Warwick alien, if yore looking for budget stuff the shine acoustic bass is pretty good for the money. And don't put it down, the sub basses are #41#### good.

I haven't had a look to see whats around at the moment tbh, I've mostly been working on parlour and travel guitars. Have you got any specific requirements?

I'll have a nose around. One thing I will say is that at that sort of budget ignore the brand, buy the guitar, I had apart a low end martin (£500-600s worth, I'd guess, someone had fallen onto it whilst drunk ) a couple of months back and it was no improvement on a £300 tanglewood, which was something of a surprise. Get out there and try a few out.
