True. Ive been bitten by hamsters more than my snakes. Oh and the hamster hurt wwwayyyyy more.

That's just reminded me of one of my early vet nursing experiences.

Putting a hamster to sleep.

Hold said hamster for injection, place hamster in cage post injection to gently drift off to sleep. Do not under any circumstances stroke said hamster because you feel sorry for it!!

Yes, said hamster bit my index finger and held on, yowsers!!!!
