A treat from Nature

I was greeted by this beautiful Banana Slug (6 inches long) having lunch in my yard, feasting on some fallen Autumn leaves. Needless to say, it made me happy!

Awesome photos! I wish we had those here. Our daughter would lose her mind! She loves slugs and snails.

While looking up more pictures of banana slugs, I came across several articles about eating them. I never knew people ate slugs! Hard pass for me, I think.
