A Little Help With Stopping Email Notifications!

hi wasnt sure where to post this, so i tohught it would get noticed more here. for some odd reason all of a sudden i have been receiving email notifications of new threads in the tropical fish section everyday and its filling my inbox up, and i looked every where in my controls and didn't see that i was subscribed to it or anything?!?

please help

My Controls > Email Settings > untick Enable 'Email Notification' by default
