Ah yes, fry! Nothing more fun than to watch them grow! Okay so in my experince there is not need to move them. I always provided lots of cover ie guppy grass, java moss, floaters with long roots, water wisteria or ancharis. Then I just fed them regularly and kept the water clean and warm. I always raised my fry on flakes but I do recommend a better food. Don't get too attached because fry can easily die even in the best of conditions
