I have a feeling he is going to always have monster fins, the pectoral fins are huge they dont show up on the pics too well. I wonder if he has some long fin strain in him somewhere.

There are long finned varieties, although these have been bred to have them unfortunately. Hey at least he has some colour back in him now

Yes thankfully he has started to change colour again now, I wish he would make his little mind up on what colour he is going to be!! I do hope when he finally stops growing his fins stop too any longer and he will start looking like a giant betta

what happens if rusty ends up like this guy not sure people would think viel tale would be a good trait in oscars but if he does turn out to be a viel tail im sure hel be cared for just the same
