That's a nice little egeria army you've got there! Personally, I'd double it. You just don't have enough of your subtrate covered. It's covered, but with glosso, which isn't as effective at algaebusting 'cause it's like an inch tall. You don't have nearly enough plant mass to ward off algae, IMO.
Sometimes, male flagfish can become territorial, so be on the look out for squabbles. It's supposely not serious, but agression can occur, especially if they decide to breed. Supposedly they are excellent algae eaters, and they live in FL naturally, but I can never find them at LFS. Go figure.
Now, I'll be nice, you've got a great potential layout, once all the New Tank Crap is over. I'd love to see a background of some type, so you can really focus on the plants. The rock work is excellent.
