Here's a pic of the new tank.
5 gallon bowfront tank with a 10W compact fluorescent light. Substrate is Laterite with black sand overlay. Once I get the plants set where I want them I will add more sand to cover the laterite I stirred up. I think I used more than I was supposed to. I also ordered a CO2 kit and some fluorish... I'm hoping I can get this setup going better than my last attempt. The riccia is still floating, when I have enough it will go in the front.
Comments and tips are welcome! Any idea how to reduce the glare to get a good photograph? The tank really looks much better than the photos...
OH, and if it were your tank, would you put Java moss on the wood or leave it as it is?
