Hello!
I have 4 mollies ( 1male 3female) and one platy in my 20 tank. When i got the fish from the lfs, i found a very cute tiny red “molly” and it sorta looks like a platy to me.

Ginger (the platy) doesn’t really get along with the other mollies. While other mollies get along she would just.. watch them from a distance. But during feeding time she does get her share.

I am attaching a photo and if she is a platy, would it be okay to have just one platy with all the other mollies? Im worried that she might feel lonely.

She's a platy indeed.
Well, adding more platies won't hurt. But she should be doing okay by herself.

Well, adding one more platy won't cause any overstocking problems. But if at least one of them has already mated before, the chance that some offspring will overpopulate the tank, will become a reality.
