I have a 35 litre tank
50cm x 25cm x 30cm
How many dwarf frogs and appel snails could i have in a tank this size?

Also if choosing Apple Snails then you will have to keep a close eye on them incase one dies as they release so much ammonia.

Hmmm.... In your situation i would keep:

4 Cory Catfish
1 Black widow tetra
and maybe
5 neon tetras

Are you talking bout african dwarf frogs? If so I would only keep 2 in your tank size

Cories and tetras are shoaling species, living in groups of hundreds or thousands in the wild. It is usually recommended to keep these in at least groups of six in an aquarium.

And a 35 litre tank is simply not big enough...

Black widows are also shoalers that need to be in groups of at least 6 or 8; they're horribly nippy if kept in too small a number.
