30w Tube

I currently have one 25w Aqua-glow tube on my tank, (30 inch)

Im looking going up to 40w or somewhat around that,
but I just cant seem to find a 40w tube thats 30inch (my tanks 36inch long)
anyone know where I can find one.....

40W T8 tubes are only 40inches long.
T5 compact of 21iches is 55W.

Add more tubes if you want more lighting, you will need to buy another ballast though and find a way of fixing it in your tank. 25W is as high as a 30" tube goes without switching to other forms of lighting/non-standard tubes.

so would a 34inch T5 fit into a 36inch hood? im curious because the power connectors etc... Might be a tight fit..

I have though about Arcadia Ibar (take that back as I cant a hood..
