Yes I know this is poor glass and not ideal but I got a bunch for free and want to practice cutting glass and putting together tanks. I was thinking a 7in or 8in cube (with frame) might be small enough to not bust under the pressure... so 1.5 to 2ish gal. For just a few shrimp. Or is this glass to weak for even that small?

2mm is a bit thin for a tank of any size. If it was 3mm, not a problem but 2mm is too thin. You could practice cutting glass with it but I wouldn't make anything with it.

think its thick enough to do anything with if tanks are out of the question?
Maybe a terrarium? It wouldn't have the strain of the water pushing on it and you could still practice cutting and building a tank
