I am thinking about getting this light for my 36g bowfront Odyssea T5 Fluorescent High Output 24" 48W, it has 2 light a daylight one and an actinc blue one, these lights together are at 3.6 wpg which i am not sure if that is a to high number for my aquarium which i would like to be a medium to medium high lighting. so my question is do both need to be turned on at the same time (there are 2 switches) or should i go with the single 48w system.
