97 - 99.. hmm, those were my pre-teens.. And I was watching thomas the tank engine, clangers, magic roundabout, fraggle rock, muppets.
Ivan the engine, fireman sam, postman pat, art attack, trap door, count duckula.

Missus says Sabrine the teenage witch, saved by the bell, clarissa.

thats all we got, I think.

A lot of those listed above were actually late 80s to mid 90s, not 97-99.

97 was the year we moved and got cable. I remember it fondly.

Let's see.. I was 6-8, and what I watched most then was:

Rugrats
Powerpuff Girls
Pokemon
Digimon
Hey Arnold!
Doug
Pepper Ann
Rocko's Modern Life (though it was playing, I do not remember if it was reruns at the time or they were still running new episodes, as I beleive this started early 90s).
Ren & Stimpy (though, wasn't this in reruns by then?)
Animaniacs
AHHHH! Real Monsters
KABLAM! (and whatever the show was that it aired as a short in before it got its own slot X_X I totally forgot)
Kenan & Kel

I know I'm forgetting a lot of things, though during that time period I primarily watched Nickelodeon and I was more fond of the old shows that ran on Nick at Nite. Pokemon, Digimon, and Rugrats were my big things lol.


And though I didn't really watch Spongebob, I'm almoooost sure it started in 99.

Kenan and Kel are legends! Does anyone remember the one where they all get stuck in the freezer? Lol. I remember my dad watching it with me, he said it's a stupid program - that made me like it even more !
