Are you speaking to me? Well all my bettas are in at least 5-gallon tanks nd the males are always separated. A have a few community tanks of 20-gallons each and sorority tanks too. All my betta fish are happy and there are no problems if that's what you're worried about.

My house is always at around 75 -78 degrees year round and my fish room is always about 75-80 degrees year round so the water temp stays the same. I have a thermometer in each jar and the water temp is always the same. It doesn't snow inside my house.

Thanks for the advice but my male and female bettas are not together. I just took one of my females from the sorority tank I have and mated her with a male and after she "laid" the eggs I removed the male.

They are separated. I just put them together to mate in a mating tank but the female had a LOT more eggs than I thought she did.
