Okay well nice to have your opinion as well, they were all happy pre-ich, and I was very open with the fish stores about what equipment I have and they said it was okay when I went to get new fish, that's what I based my numbers on.

Well, the tetras that have been affected are pets at home and they were fine till my pleco came in from a previous winner of a best fish store. they are highly recommended so I think it's just unfortunate that I managed to get a sick pleco. The tetras may well have weak immune systems though...
