As of two days ago my cycling has completed. Thanks the help. I had to do like 3 50% water changes to get the nitrates down to about 5ppm. Is that normal? And I hope I did that right.

I ended not taking the gravel out but I did re-fill and empty the tank twice before starting over. It looks like everything is moving along well now.

I don't know how I missed it but it says on the second and third line Alkybenzenesulfonate surfactant. You know I did the shake test but I think it didn't show bubbles because the bottle was still full. It wasn't until later when the level was lowered that I could see bubbles after shaking. 🤦‍♂️
