    No idea why then? The 6 barbs did follow the rummynoses but over past 2 weeks of settling they do more of their own thing I also like how they keep the Kirbs busy

    Ye loved mine, one would leave cover and the other 2 would shortly follow. One lasted around 8 years so suppose its like all things before the internet kicked off. Books seem to downplay size of tank and numbers

    Ye I’m happy with 1 type I’ll look at getting more checkers barbs. Ye although tank is a 60g it’s only 90 not 120 as it’s deeper (better for marine) so in hindsight I’d of left out the rummynose as i can see how much they like to swim up and down but not around the tank they seem to swim...

    Well after 10+ years of marines I decided I wanted a change in direction so I broke it down and went tropical! Tank dimensions 90x54x52 cm Sump holds a diy filter (pond pads) DD heater with controller (from marine tank) Lighting evergrow 5018 (from marine tank)

    I understand your worried but it is very different from when covid did start. I’m in the uk you don’t legally need to stay home or wear a mask. Now so far out of 10 of us 3 have had covid and still came work 2 wore mask while indoors (not outside) 1 didn’t at all none of us have actually caught...

    Converted my marine tank to tropical so made a filter out of the first chamber currently have a course sponge medium/fine on the bottom got alfagrog rock. Its 250 ish litres planted. This enough? Or what else to put in?

    It’s most likely a bristle worm (much more common). You want these I’m the tank they can a great part of the clean up crew
