    I have 4 and have no issues with them being territorial. Mine have been on sand and all do great, soil will be fine.

    Hi, I keep elephant noses my oldest will be 11yrs in a couple of months. Definitely get sand easier and gentle on their chins, lots of hiding places my oldest really loves his pvc pipe and my others prefer hiding in my plants! Peaceful fish, nothing that can out compete the elephant for food...

    The congo don't bother her at all, very peaceful fish they're to busy chasing each other. Whatever is happening is during the night I don't know if she's getting bumped when I feed my elephant nose?

    I have a lid on my tank, but hadn't seen them try to crawl out they usually spent most of the time crawling through the plants and sand. If nothing bothers them in the tank they'll be fine.

    Thai Micro Crab

    I kept these little guys a few years ago and loved them! Once they settled in they would be scurrying everywhere. They loved hikari crab cuisine and would grab what they needed and run! Definitely worth having and it's something I've been thinking about myself. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

    I have 3, 2 are 5yrs old. Mine are kept with shrimp, hillstream loach, chilli rasbora and snails, you don't want anything that can snack on these guys especially when they molt.

    I have a lava snail it's actually 9yrs old, it can disappear for weeks out of sight and I also wonder if she's died. Mine usually moves about at night very rarely do I see her during the day she burrows under the sand. She's probably burrowed somewhere and moving about in the dark. Hopefully...

    This might sound dumb but I have a lid on my tank how will the pipes come over? Should I cut a hole for them as I'm not keen on removing the lid. Thanks
