No problem. I wish the error message was a bit more helpful... instead of just giving an error it should say "Image dimensions too large" -- that would have saved me a couple hours ;)
The upgrade fixed the modification that was causing that error. The software was too old and it was erroring out. We updated it and it should be good to go, with the speed improvements (and security) as an added benefit.
We've just completed an upgrade on the server to upgrade to the latest versions of some software. The site should run a bit faster. If you notice any problems please post in here.
We rebooted the server but haven't changed any settings. I can't imagine what would cause this. What URL are you using to "visit" the site where it is asking you to re-login?
Edit: Looked at old posts and if its the same What's New URL, that one should be fine. Can't figure out what could be...
I am unable to duplicate this and there is no errors in the admin log... I can only guess is these tabs were opened and sat there unused for a while and by then the security token expired. I can't find anything else it could be.
Strange, that link shouldn't be a problem at all... I can't find any reason for it to be broken and searching xenforo.com has not provided any good clues :(
Can you copy and paste the exact link that you have in your favorites? I'm guessing it might be a redirect issue.... but I need to know the URL in your favorites, not the URL you end up after clicking on it and being redirected, if that makes sense.
I just checked amazon and google and yahoo and all those sites use a white background. I’m assuming they’ve done market research and it is the most commonly liked color.
Biggest reason for it was that the previous software did not have a proper mobile interface. The new mobile interface works well... so if you've ever tried from a phone, give it another try.

There are still some upgrade processes running. The search index is rebuilding and its slowing everything down. It's almost done and the site should be full speed after about 10 more minutes.
