Imrove water quality in tank. Isolate afflicted fish. A build up of pressure behind the eye, causes it to push forward and bulge. Apply anti biotics as Erethrymyacin of other antibiotic. Include an airstone in your hospital tank/bowl, but no filter. May take a few to months to heal. Fish may lose sight in that eye or lose eye completely. Fish can still function normally.
