No this tank has no filter . But I do full tank cleans every 3/4days. I just left petco and was told to buy the medicine for fin rot and give daily dose for 7 days. and to add a pinch of aquarium salt . Yes he does have a heater . The tank is a 0.7gal tank. As for the water I really am not sure...
