Ah, forgot to mention i have A betta in there aswell, the cichlid will have that for dinner won't it?

Hey all, I'm partway through stocking my 15 gallon which has been cycled etc.
I wanted to know what bottom dwelling fish exist that you can keep on their own, I've already got a BN plec so dont suggest any pleacs please. I mainly want to know if there are any loaches or corydoras up to 4 inches...
Yeah I'm pretty sure they're aquatic, checked it against plant species on the internet. They still grow, albeit very slowly compared to when I had no airstone.
As for nutrients I don't use any, I got a bottle of PlantMin but that seemed to make no difference.
Thank you very much, the bugs hiding at the moment so ill try to match it when i see it again, also I'll get rid of the airstone, I was wondering why my plants weren't growing.

Anyway i was cleaning my tank recently and found a 2cm black insect (it was about 1cm wide, its body consisted of a head and large abdomen) clinging to a plant, i didn't do anything to it but I want to ask if it might cause any problems for my fish. I cant provide any...
