seeing as I live about an hour and a half from a good fish store, what is the best way for fish to travel from a store? and how long will be safe for them?? I always worry about this so I have had to buy from my LFS.. Snagwell

I had swordtails in a smaller tank ages ago.. this tank is abnout twice the size.. and the sword tails.. i had fora bout 6 months.. only got to about an inch and a half long.. :/

maybe your putting in cold water.. or putting in chlorinated water?? my newby guess lol

Ive got a 70 litre tank.. not sure what fish I should chuck in there with my 3 little Pristella Tetras...?? Any Ideas??

I too did a fishless cycle a couple of months ago.. using some Ammonia.. and i started fresh.. no aged water /rocks/filter media or anything.. Just make sure you are through it before you add fish.. Not sure about the air pump.. Might as well leave it on, I don't think it would matter.. And...

Hey there Fish Forums.. I started out a couple of years ago when I got a small tank for Christmas I think it was.. and had alright success until, as most 15 year olds do, I lost interest and the fish I had just kinda died.. I had 3 Sword Tails, and happened to have some fry a couple days after...
