This is the second betts I have had who seems to have dropsy! First one died after going bloated, very lazy, then onto lying at the bottom of the tank and finally he died! This one now has the bloated tummy and seems very unactive! What am I doing wrong?? :-(

No spots are too thick. My mate at LFS thinks it was one of the golden nuggets. They had nothing similar in so I treated myself to a royal plec! I like the stripes and red eyes, he seems as shy as the other one though

Looked like this one but without the yellow marks on the fins

Iw was about 3cm when got it and biggest it got to was about 6-8cm then stopped growing just got fatter lol definately black with bright yellow spots think he was 25 quid aswell

Hi All I got an Angel Fish constantly turning in circles and swimming upside down is she unwell?

Unfortunately it was too late and the little fella has passed away gutted I love that little man! :-(

He is very ill now and stuck in the top corner of the tank barely moving :-( looks like a matter of time to be honest! He is also being picked on a little by the other fish I actually feel like putting the little fella out of his misery but obviously I wouldnt do that.

Any advice for moving the tank please? We are moving house in two weeks and will need to move the tank. My LFS said they will borrow me a poly box to move them and some platics containers to retain the water, is there anything I need to do whildt moving them to help the fish? Also is there...

Done the peas a few times now he is sticking to the top of the tank now rather than the bottom. He also has long stringy poo hanging out?
