I've just setup a new 25 gallon tank and used my old 10 gallon to help with the cycle. I've moved in my two black skirt Tetra's. I know i should add more, if i can, i was thinking another 4. One of them is quite aggressive and chases the smaller one constantly, will adding more help with this...
